Payments

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables created specifically for your project become your property unless otherwise agreed.
VirtueBees retains ownership of internal processes, templates, methodologies, and proprietary systems.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable support, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or continuous service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

VirtueBees is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or technical issues caused by these third-party services.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
Completed work delivered before cancellation remains payable.
